Every legal page on this website states its title, version number, effective date, last update and language. For every accepted assignment, we record which version of the general terms and conditions applies to it.

For an initial request we do not ask you to accept a service agreement: a request is not yet an assignment. We only ask you to confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you understand your request is first personally assessed.

If PQ Solutions accepts your request, you receive an assignment confirmation stating the client, description, date, time, location where relevant, the agreed service, the price or pricing method, expected expenses, cancellation terms, special conditions, relevant safety requirements and the applicable version of the general terms and conditions. You can accept that assignment electronically.

For an electronic acceptance we record: version number, date and time, the client's name and contact details, the assignment/reference number and the accepted version of the terms. An IP address is only recorded where legally appropriate and proportionate. We collect no further data. You can always save or download the applicable terms.

This website asks for as little data as possible at first contact: name, phone or email, your request and optionally a preferred time. No account, no password, no identity documents and no financial information. We only ask for additional information after your request has been assessed and where it is genuinely necessary.
